How it works
All-Star: International Rescue Committee – San Diego
Founded in 1933, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) provides assistance to refugees who have been forced to flee their homes in response to war or disaster. In San Diego, the IRC has many programs to help refugees become self-reliant and make San Diego their home. IRC volunteers help with a variety of initiatives, from language tutoring to mock interviews to prepare young adults for employment.
